New version release: Midnight club - LA remix

Due to some bugs in the previous version, we release the new and working version of Midnight LA remix patch.
And we have added another trick: the reputation cheat!

It's not excluded we release new versions with more tricks. In fact we are working for a new feature available in the next future: The Statistics Manager!
