Our project of patching psp savegames is going on.We need some of your help. Your help is potentially great to us.
We ask you two things, for now:
1. Patching Error Reports.
You know that the testing phase sometime can be very long and hard. This is your time!
Tell us what goes wrong when you use our patches or savegames. You could help us with the errors caused by our savegames.
Sometimes our customized values can cause problems to the normal course of the game, tell it us. This will only improve our service and your having a good time!
2. Savegames.
You could start submit your own savegame to share with other people!
At the end of this post you will find the P-SPatchator mail address, send us your data, we will post the best of your work!

i just did all that the guide says but it just not work (in PSP/SAVEPLAIN/ULES00108000) that is in my psp the file has the same name, the name was changed and stills not work ... :(
